Meet Realtor Kevin Kearney
Loyalty. Quality. Honesty. Tenacity.
I have been passionate about home ownership my entire life, after watching my grandfather build a real estate portfolio. My journey as a realtor started in 2002, right after the dot com crash, and I’ve never looked back. Over the years, I’ve helped more than 250 homeowners and real estate investors with incredible success.
Throughout my real estate career, I have specialized in San Francisco and Marin counties. I have guided numerous sellers of single family homes and condos through the detailed selling process and created personalized marketing programs. I have represented many first time home buyers, second home buyers and investors, helping them navigate the complex Bay Area real estate market. My strong network of service providers, such as lenders, contractors, landscapers, insurance agents, and others, helps them achieve their goals. My lifelong experiences in management and negotiations have taught me the skills necessary to successfully lead a diverse range of clients through the complicated real estate sales process.
My clients say I turn a stressful and daunting process into a thoughtful and fun experience. My promise to you is to treat you with respect, be open with my advice and communication and take great care of you.
Passionate about helping my community
I am passionate about helping others in my community, and I am involved with several organizations that help change people’s lives. I volunteer with the Okizu Foundation, providing respite to children with cancer and their families. I also volunteer with the San Rafael Chamber in expanding their Leadership Institute to advance young leaders in Marin County. I regularly donate to Home for a Home and 100Marin. Previously, I served on the Board of the Marin Economic Forum. I also volunteered with and served as a Board Member for Hands On Bay Area.
In 2017, I became certified as a Co-Active Coach, so I could help like-minded entrepreneurs form groups to reach their goals through accountability and collaboration. In 2019, I wrote “The Little Book of Success.” A native of Missouri, I hold a Bachelor of Science in Management & Marketing from Southeast Missouri State University.
When I am not working with my clients or volunteering, I enjoy being with my wife, Gisele, and two children. I also like hiking throughout our beautiful Marin County, gardening and spending time with friends.
